We provide integrative dermatologic care that addresses the internal factors influencing your skin and hair health, including perimenopause, menopause, metabolic health, stress, and environmental exposures.

About The Eastover Clinic
Dr. Emily McLean founded The Eastover Clinic on the simple belief that good dermatology requires time, depth, and a physician who truly listens. She is building a practice where visits are unhurried, care is thoughtful, and your skin is understood in the context of your overall health. Her greatest joy is in the relationships — getting to know her patients over time and watching their confidence grow as their skin improves.
Skin is rarely simple. Many conditions intersect with broader changes in the body, including the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause and chronic inflammatory diseases such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. These concerns deserve thoughtful, comprehensive care.
As one of the few dermatologists to hold the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) designation, Dr. McLean brings a whole-person perspective to skin health, connecting what is visible on the surface to the hormonal, metabolic, and systemic factors beneath it. Whether eight or eighty, every patient deserves a physician who takes the time to truly understand their skin.
At the Eastover Clinic, you’ll experience refined, patient-first care that blends rigorous, evidence-based dermatology with the warmth of modern Southern hospitality.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Unhurried visits that allow for meaningful conversations, shared decision-making, and truly personalized care.
At The Eastover Clinic, we take the time to understand your goals, collaborate on treatment decisions, and follow through with the kind of attentive care that makes a real difference. Every visit is an opportunity to go deeper, not just check a box.
We keep our practice intentionally small so that every patient receives the time and attention their skin deserves. To us, that is just good medicine.
